I have been a client of Postech Direct for about 8 months. We have received consistently good service from Storm from the beginning. During December, we had an incident at our salon with one of our trainee employess. Being new to the point of sale system, she became flustered and managed to change settings that we were not able to rectify ourselves.
Storm came straight to the salon, sorted out the issue in about 5 minutes, and was gracious about the call out during the December holidays.
We want to congratulate Storm and Postech Direct on the high levels of service and wish them all the best for 2012
